Departments

Is the department which owns the entire assets of BOST: storage and distribution infrastructure, administrative offices, guest houses, staff bungalows and moveable assets of the company. The department oversees the acquisition and development of BOST corporate infrastructure and ensures maintenance works are appropriately conveyed to the maintenance unit of Field Operations to be carried out.

The current head is Nicholas Samari.

The Field Operations Department, FO is responsible for the maintenance of BOST infrastructure and the safety of operations across all installations. As a department, FO oversees how various activities of the company are carried out to ensure the attendant risks are minimized to the barest minimum.

Fire safety, Employee Health and Operational excellence are among the items of interest to the department. Given the huge investment in infrastructure, FOs mandate is considered critical in ensuring that the investments are protected to continue yielding value to the company.
The department is currently headed by Bagnaba Van-Gogh, a veteran staff of the company with a depth of experience in the operations of the company.

Is charged with the responsibility of crafting corporate strategy for BOST and overseeing the implementation of same through playing a lead role in establishing corporate, departmental and unit objectives. By ensuring the efficient cascading of corporate objectives to individual employee targets, the department is responsible for ensuring that the work of the various departments and units within BOST are appropriately aligned towards the attainment of the short, medium and long term goals of the company.

The department is currently headed by Ato Amissah Wilson, an experienced engineer who served in the Assets and Infrastructure department of BOST for more than ten years.

Is responsible for the recruitment, development, remuneration and the keeping of records on staff. Considered as the center handling issues affecting the most important corporate resources, which are the human beings, the department is responsible for seeing to the rules and regulations bothering on employee behavior and ensuring that all actions of the workforce are targeted towards the attainment of set corporate targets.

The current head of the department is Ahmed Y. Rennie.
